Catalyst Nominations
During the mid point of the semester, you will be asked to nominate students for Catalyst, a leadership program facilitated through the Center for the First Year Experience (FYE). Click here to learn more about the program.
Nominate those students that you see potential in. This might come from their level of classroom engagement or their desire for personal development that you read in their writing. Even if you are unsure about whether they have the time to participate in the program, nominate them so they know you see their potential. The nomination alone can be powerful and might lend to conversations about how they might be able to get involved on campus.
The information that you need to provide in your nomination include 1.) Students' first and last names 2.) Aims ID# 3.) Aims email address 4.) A special note about why you are nominating them (optional). Visit the Catalyst webpage and click on "Student Nomination Form".
