Curriculum

The curriculum of AAA 090 is outlined in a master syllabus including common assignments as well as a course shell as a complement to classroom instruction.   Instructors are expected to follow the curriculum to achieve the learning objectives/student learning outcomes, to allow for consistency between sections and for the ability to conduct assessment. They can change the order of how their class progresses through the content within reason.  However, the chapters covered and common assignments should NOT be changed.

The way that instructors can personalize the curriculum is in how they develop their lesson plans, the activities chosen as well as in-class assignments.
