Attendance Sheet & First Week Handouts
Attendance Sheets:
- It is recommended that you have students sign in as they enter class or pass around a sign in sheet at the start of class to have documentation of attendance. Click Attendance Sheet Template.docx to download a template for a weekly attendance sheet. You can enter student names in the first column from your class roster accessible within your MyAims account.
First Week Handouts: These handouts are optional to provide to students.
- Student Information Sheet.docx: Ask students to complete this sheet to get you get to know them and suggest resources. For example, if they do not have access to the internet or a computer, you can let them know of resources on campus and in the community.
- Computer Resource Sheet.docx (Greeley Campus): Provide this handout to the students in your class to help them learn about resources on campus and in the community to access a computer or printer. This can be especially helpful to those who do not have a computer and/or internet. But you might emphasize that even if they have a computer, printer and internet at home, they should have a back-up plan if their computer or printer breaks.
- Instructors teaching at the satellite campuses (Loveland, Ft. Lupton or Windsor) can tailor this resource sheet to their area.
- Learning Commons Handout - Blank without hours.docx: Provide this handout to students when you review the resources at the Learning Commons for academic support. Look up the hours for your campus online on the Learning Commons website and have students fill in this sheet.
