Professional Development

“The learning college places learning first
and provides educational experiences for learners anyway, anyplace,
anytime.” - Terry O’Banion

The success of AAA is due to the amazing instructors who teach the course.  To assist instructors to continually become more effective facilitators of learning, ongoing professional development is provided and seeking sources outside of AAA is encouraged and supported.

  • Reyna Grande's memoir "The Distance Between Us" is being encouraged to read by the Aims Diversity Summit.  The read will culminate in a discussion on Friday, October 28 from 1-2pm.
